Alp Consulting, one of the leading recruitment and staffing companies in India, is a subsidiary of Outsourcing Inc Japan, a 5-billion-dollar organisation with a presence in 17 countries. We are one of the leading companies in developing and delivering talent solutions that are customised according to the specific human capital requirements of organisations.

Alp’s Beginnings and Growth

Alp Consulting was founded by Jayachandran B Pillai, Kishore V N and Roopa Priyadarshini Pillai in 1996. They started from a small office in Bangalore with a couple of enthusiastic entrepreneurs and very limited resources but with strong values about the possibilities of the future, and a global vision to change the way people look at the capabilities of outsourcing their recruitment and staffing needs.

And they didn’t stop there. Along with Recruitment solutions, they started three other business verticals that focussed on specific services.

  1. Payroll and labour compliance in 2004
  2. A general temporary staffing solution in 2011
  3. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) in 2014

With over 500 experienced recruiters, Alp now operates out of eight locations in India and one in Sri Lanka. We service more than 750 client locations in India and via our parent company serving more than 21 countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania.
